Biking in Myanmar
     
Sunny also started working for a company organzing biking tours around Myanmar, here an impression of a tour made november - december 2009 as well as a group biking on sundays around Yangon. In about 28 days the trip first explored the surroundings of Yangon, went on to Bago from there to the Golden rock, Taungoo, Meikthila,Mount Popa, Bagan,Mandalay and surroundings,Pindaya, Inle, Kalaw and on to Meikthila and finally Yangon again. Distances from day to day varied between 50-80 kilometers, sometimes hills sometimes flat. A bus accompanied the group. Parts were also done by boat. Bikes can be hired in Myanmar from the company.
