Chin state

It is rather difficult to get a permit to enter Chin state. I could not get far into the state. After being attacked by dogs the people on the picture invited us in. I was allowed to take pictures and showed them the result. One of the older women than wanted a picture in traditional clothing as to show her grand children what she used to look like. They used to wear big amber earrings making big holes in their ears.

This pic I took in Shan state (Kalaw) I think both women belong to the same minority. In Kalaw this tribe was seldom seen I was told.
