The Ayerwaddy delta after Nargis
     
After the disastrous storm, some of the tour-guides united and made an effort to help the victims of the storm.The guides asked former clients for donations , which in some cases where brought directly to the guides by visiting tourists,as there was no other way to transfer money and goods.With the money collected they supported their own local social network like churches and other NGO's occupied with giving relief to the victims of Nargis.Together they were able to do some relief trips.Here you see pictures from some of this trips. So far five have been made. Most pictures were made in the Pharphon and Dedaiye area as well as Labotta township. Many people died in this area.
