Aung Yadanar restaurant Bagan

 

 

Here you see four sisters who work in the Aung Yadanar restaurant in Nyaung-U (Bagan).I know them for about 10 years now and when I am in Myanmar I always visit their restaurant, which is located near Shwe Zigon pagoda and the bus station. They have very good Myanmar food, but also "backpacker style" of food like fruitsalads,pancakes, yoghurt and vegetarian dishes. All at very reasonable prices. They asked me if I could recommend their restaurant. Well I love to do so. See the food,or better taste the food and judge for yourself.
 

 

Some of the Myanmar food, different meat curries and salads. A speciality is the lime salad which you see top left at the right picture, also the tomato salad is very tasty it is above the rice on the left picture.

There is an awful lot more you can get there also Chinese style of food, like sweet and sour chicken etc. In 10 years I never was dissapointed when eating there. I think you won't be too.
